J 语口述圣经故事翻译团队的见证故事 * 本文人物均为化名 从前，媞嘉（我们Ｊ语项目的母语翻译员）的二哥 —— 阿珀很坚决地反对她去教会或甚至参与口述圣经故事翻译项目，声称这些都是导致他们母亲在2018去世的原因。但媞嘉依旧没放弃，继续在教会服事以及参与口述圣经故事翻译项目。 有一天，阿珀突然向媞嘉要一本圣经来翻看！看到媞嘉惊讶不解的神情，阿珀解释道有一位牧师在一场葬礼上向他传福音，而他觉得所听到的和他之前所发的一场梦有契合之处，他对那场梦的记忆特别深刻，即便当时他是处在醉酒的状态。在梦里，他看见一道光穿过一扇敞开的门，有一个声音呼叫他，“跟从我”。令媞嘉更惊讶的是，阿珀翻阅了部分圣经后，竟然说要在那个星期日去教会。 于是，他们一起参加了教会的主日崇拜。聚会后，阿珀向牧师询问有关他的梦境。牧师解释说耶稣就是那道光，祂叫阿珀来跟随祂。从那个星期天开始，阿珀就持续忠实地参加主日崇拜，最终他受洗了。从外，他也帮教会做些杂事，如安装灯管等等。 媞嘉的弟弟 —— 沙瑞其实一直都很想跟媞嘉去教会，但是却因着家人的反对而久久不敢去教会。自哥哥阿珀得到启示后，他也带同妻子一起去教会。沙瑞和妻子在2022年3月与阿珀一同受洗。 媞嘉很感谢神听了她的祷告。她会继续为其他家庭成员的救恩祷告。
